When you schedule your annual furnace tune-up, A&M Engineering will check your equipment for safety. This includes inspecting all safety switches, checking for gas leaks, and monitoring for carbon monoxide. We will also clean your burners and sensors, and will inspect your heat exchanger, blower, and flue pipe. Your furnace will be started and tested for proper operation. With advance notice, we will also replace your air filter and humidifier pads (just mention this when you make your appointment – we’ll need to know your model so that we can bring the appropriate parts).
